The emotions of a parent when their child becomes a victim of kidnapping runs the gambit of frustration, fear and anger. Frustration is caused by the knowledge that there is nothing that the parent can do to rescue their child from the subhuman criminal that has abducted them. Fear of the unknown is self explanatory. Anger is fed by both these other emotions. However that anger grows exponentially when the parent knows who the subhuman is that has taken their child.I speak of Mr. Chris Pekarek and his daughter Jordan of Grove City, Ohio. This father has been a single parent for over 10 yrs. with the typical problems of raising a developing child through the years. This man chose to raise his daughter alone after the mother ran off and left the both of them 10 yrs ago. It is suspected that she had passed away in a car accident 3 years back in Canada.Last year Jordan, being the typical growing 13 year old, was playing with a skate board and had slipped and fell on the pavement bruising her back side. Not thinking that a bruise would be a problem Jordan never told her father, who she was upset with at the time anyway because he refused a demand she had made earlier that day. The next day at school one of Jordan’s fellow students seen the bruise during their gym class and reported it to the school officials.The child services agency was then called and then the crazy accusations began. Mr. Pekarek has been defending his rights as a parent every since. From being accused of molestation to child abuse and having Domestic Violence charges placed on him.It has been a year now and Chris has been in and out of court listening to the Guardian Ad Litem make blatant lies claiming Jordan is afraid of her own father and also hearing the Child Services agents back these lies up. These public servants are using the Government programs to inflate their funding by waging these frivolous lawsuits against parents.

Mr. Pekarek knows that he is innocent of these charges and can be confirmed by his daughter and other physical evidence. The problems is that these “Public Servants” are keeping Jordan on mind altering drugs claiming she is mysteriously now bi-polar and is in a Foster home. They are claiming that Jordan is afraid of her father. The courts have moved to cancel Mr. Pekarek’s parental rights which then leaves these subhuman kidnappers free to do whatever they wish with Jordan. Her safety is in DANGER and the Courts refuse to act in her “Best Interest” and jail these corrupt liars. Of course the Family Court magistrate even refuses to bring any witnesses or evidence into these hearings on behalf of Mr. Pekarek, so anyone able to save Jordan is being told lies and/or being prevented from knowing the truth.

How many more of our children will fall victim to this bureaucracy before we stop this madness? 260,000 plus Families so far destroyed in Ohio this year. Is YOUR family next?

Parental Rights Organizations Across the Nation to Encroach on Washington DC for Civil Rights Event.

Oakland County, Michigan ———- Children’s and Parent’s Rights organizations from across the nation are scheduled to encroach on Washington DC this August 15 & 16 at the Upper Senate Park. Why? Because government policies do not reflect what is truly best for children and good parents. The event is bringing the major issues facing parents to the legislators’ doorsteps, their backyards, and their offices.

A coalition of numerous individuals, organizations, and agencies that grows daily as August draws near, aim to bring solutions to many crises that are affecting America in this landmark event. This event is not to be confused with last year’s successful event, a rally held under the name DC RALLY 2007 and organized largely by Minister Ronald Smith of Children Need Both Parents, Inc. which is scheduled again for 2009.

“Where we have a government that thinks it has the apparent authority to confiscate children at will, as we can see from the recent issues in Texas earlier this year, something needs to be done.” states Lary Holland, one of the organizers of this event. He further states, “we are dealing with a fundamental liberty and civil rights issue that has to be recognized and respected by our government, the protected right of parenthood.”

Various groups across the nation aren’t willing to compromise liberty and let their government run on autopilot any longer. “Somewhere along the lines, the government stopped believing that the Constitution was a restriction on them and not a restriction on the people,” according to Holland. This event will also be welcoming a number of cyclists that are pedaling bicycles from Michigan’s Capitol all the way to Washington DC to support a child’s right to two parents.

 Chad, has taken his and Trisha Cooper’s children and has hidden them from their mother, Trisha. The children were living with their mother in Ramseur, Nc, and was attending the elementary school there. Last known place Chad and the children were was near Virginia Beach County. Chad had just graduate from Officer Training. There was a working seperation with the Father and Mother until Chad broke that trust and never returned with the children. This happened Tuesday March 11, 2008

There is no excuse for keeping a child away from 1/2 of their lives. Each parent represents half of that childs world. Even one day without that parent is a day that never can be replaced.

April “Nina” and Victor were taken by force from there mother on July 11, 2007, based on false allegations and the families religious beliefs. Since that time Nina has been placed in a foster care home in Hamilton Alabama and Victor was placed in home in Boaz, Alabama. Visitations were interupted repeatedly by the Foster homes and supported by the CPS worker. Based on more false allegations the CPS worker has taken all visitations from the mother. The mother last seen her children Jan. 08 and the courts refuse to help reunite this family.

Where is the best interest for these children? Where is the Justice for this mother? When will the  US Family Courts and their co-conspiritors stop using Nazi tactics to steal children for profit?

Jesse Hindley

Has been illegally taken into Custody and placed into Foster care 10 yrs. ago by the Child Protection Services (CPS = Child PIMP Service) The father was forced to place his son in the Foster care Industry for a temporary emergency, but once the child was in the Systems control it refused to let go. There was a visitation order and up until July 2007 it was practice by the father with every possible chance to see his child and was always begging for more time with his son. Then the Foster family was able to obtain a Protection order ex-parte’ through false aligations and the father was cut off from his child. It is believed that this Foster mother is over medicating the child to silence and to control him.

please watch for this child in the Massillon, Ohio and in surrounding areas.

“Lost Children”

The mother has changed the children’s last name twice.  They could be going by either Harper or Panattoni.  The children are victims of severe Parental Alienation (PAS)  http://www.breakthroughparenting.com/PAS.htm by the mother and step-father, supported by the Family Courts.  These children have been absent from their father and suffering since December 1998; location Port Townsend, Washington.

Zoe Tasha Marie Leopold

born Jan. 17, 2002

 Zoe’s mother has not seen her since November of 2004. Her last known residents was in Hazel Green, Alabama, with the Father. Even though the Child Protective Services has been called several times and knows where this tiny little girl is, they refuse to act on it.

A Judge in Marshal County Alabama, gave this Father custody and the mother was allowed “visitation” rights. The father however has prevented any contact since 2004.

 Even though this court ORDERED the father, William “Bill” Fredrick Leopold, to allow visitations, this same court refuses to uphold their own rulings. Zoe is at risk of being alienated from her mother and this Judge refuses to act in the “Best Interest of the Child” and protect the visitation order.

Is a victim of Parent Alienation Syndrome (PAS) by his mother and supported by the Family Courts. He has been absent from his father and suffering since September 7, 2006 location Ludington, Michigan, but believed to be hiding in the Grand Rapid, Michigan area.
